How do you use our tool & what do you like in ADONIS:
First of all I want to say “Thank you” with capital letter for BOC company. Three years I preferred ARIS from IDS Scheer but now I fully satisfy with ADONIS. ADONIS as architecture decision is very pretty and refined system. It has smart and friendly interface, it is not bulky system, convenient modeling language, very compact functionality with huge opportunities as for representation, permanent control and update, costs estimation.
I want to stop on the last opportunity “Cost Estimation”. This functionality give us very strong base and position to prove cost less of group processes as start point in new project. It is not secret that there is small per cent of people who have never had deal with processes. This point produce a lot of misunderstanding and failure to fully understand what benefit this or that process could produce. In that case there is only one way to persuade them to show real cost saving in mandates, hours and money.
Thanks to ADONIS we were able to show all this benefits in section of Roles (positions and mandates per position) and Systems. So the presentation was very “fatty ”. ADONIS was as magic wand for us.
Improvements – ADONIS has to communicate with other software for example with Quality Center, because jpg utilization is not the way to work. Also it will be very very desirable if ADONIS could track repletion of objects name not only in opened graphic but in the hole Model. The possibility to update and work with two different model opened in the same time in different windows I suppose to be good supplement. The button “Backup” also will make life easy  .
My tips:
I understood that we it is very easy to work out process approach of ISO 9000 9001. Create process draft and improve it in short time. Put your own classification and idea in IT model and etc.
