How do you use our tool & what do you like in ADONIS:

At the time I was studying Industrial Logistics in the University of Leoben my selected case study was the effect of Knowledge Process Management on the Business Process Management. Since that time systematic problem solving was my interested field of research.

Afterward I found out the state-of-the-art Knowledge-Oriented Process management can accompaign with different scenario likewise leads to Process initiative or Knowledge initiative. In my case study ADONIS was the best solution hence I get to know the Path Analysis where I can design my model and then go to path analysis and see what happens.

Afterwards I changed my research area and now work in a manufacturing company where ADONIS helped me to visualize responsibilities in the R&D team. Furthermore I experienced some managerial aspect of my work like feedback controlling and decreasing the double work and stimulating of the team work in a context that different view points exist.

What are the lessons learned / BPM tips that you would like to share with the Community:

Best lesson learned was the great possibility of Swimlane which I have used already in IT system model that exists already in ADONIS for Business Process model. The results are far more than I can imagine in Effectivity and efficiency of a BPM project when knowledge process play an important role and in my view is the best feature. Furthermore the graphical user interface of the software is very useful and the possibility for communicating for the Web 2.0 context is cool.
